We  are running a FREE 10 week More Life After School Club (once a week )for young people who are above a healthy weight to attend with their parents or carers.

The More Life After School Club  is a great way for making new friends, learning about getting healthy and taking part in lots of exciting activities, including team games and having fun.  Please see the flyer and information sheet that I have attached.
